BMW protection in Los Angeles — built for M-series and i-series

Film brand

BMW owners in Los Angeles bring their cars to Hussle Customz because BMW paint behaves differently than the Japanese and American cars most installers learned on. M-sport bumpers have aggressive contours that demand smaller relief cuts and more heat work to wrap cleanly. We’ve installed STEK DYNOshield PPF on M5s, M2s, X6Ms, M440is, and i4s — each with its own body geometry that affects film tension during installation.

Most BMW clients come in for one of two builds: a full color-change vinyl wrap, or matte PPF over factory paint. Chalk grey, racing yellow, satin purple metallic, satin pine green — recent BMW finishes we’ve completed, all with ceramic coating layered on top. For track-driven M cars, clear PPF on the front end, rocker panels, and rear quarters is the most cost-effective way to keep stone chips off the paint without changing the factory color.

We also handle ceramic tint across the full glass area — including BMW’s panoramic roofs — plus ceramic coating, chrome delete on i-series, and wheel refinishing. Every build at our Van Nuys studio starts with a hands-on inspection. Get a quote for your BMW and we’ll walk through coverage options.

BMW questions, answered

How much does PPF cost on a BMW?

At Hussle Customz, front PPF starts at $1,200 for most BMWs. Full clear or gloss PPF starts from $5,460 (3 Series, M2, X3) and scales up to $7,475 for X7 and 7 Series. Full Color PPF starts from $5,960. Cybertruck is priced separately.

Do you install PPF on BMW M cars?

Yes — M2, M3, M4, M5, X3M, X5M, X6M and other M variants are some of our most-requested BMW builds. Front-end PPF or full Track Pack coverage is the standard recommendation for owners who actually drive their cars hard.

Do you wrap BMW i4 and iX?

Yes. Color PPF and full vinyl wraps are popular on i4 and iX builds. Wrap finishes preserve resale value better than aftermarket paint, and color PPF adds the 10-year STEK warranty on top of the color change.

Do you offer color PPF for BMW?

Yes. We stock STEK color PPF in gloss and matte finishes. Color PPF changes the look of the car and protects the factory paint in a single layer — popular on M cars (matte purple, satin pine green) and i-series.

Does PPF affect BMW iDrive sensors or radar?

No. We mask all front-bumper radar housings, parking sensors, side cameras, and the rear bumper sensor cluster before installation. Driving Assistant and Active Cruise Control work exactly as they did from the factory.

Where is my BMW kept during the build?

Every BMW stays inside our secure indoor facility in Van Nuys for the entire build. No outdoor parking, no shuffling between lots.
